This Privacy Statement applies to all Styskin’s Solutions-owned websites and domains.

Links to non-Styskin’s Solutions websites

The Styskin’s Solutions websites may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. In particular, Styskin's Solutions will re-direct you to third party websites as part of the SafeTok authentication service. By accessing those links, or by using SafeTok authentication services, you will leave the Styskin’s Solutions website. Styskin’s Solutions does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from Styskin’s Solutions’. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to give to unrelated third parties is not covered by the Styskin’s Solutions’ Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any company before submitting your personal information. Some third-party companies may choose to share their personal data with Styskin’s Solutions’; that sharing is governed by that third-party company's privacy policy.

This Privacy Statement covers personal information, non-personal data collection and aggregate reporting.

Information collected as part of the SafeTok service

On some of Styskin’s Solutions websites, you can register to protect your website accounts with the “SafeTok” service. As part of the SafeTok service you may register a device to protect access to your web account. When registering a device the SafeTok software will inspect and collect the device’s unique features. During this process Styskin’s Solutions will not access any personal files you may store on your device.

Similarly, you may also register your fingerprint to enable biometric account protection. It should be noted explicitly, that Styskin’s Solutions does not collect, store or access your fingerprint information or related fingerprint data – your fingerprint data is exclusively stored on the biometric device you are using and will never be accessed by Styskin’s Solutions.

Similarly, you may register your e-mail address for e-mail authentication. You can rest assure that Styskin's Solutions will not sell, rent or lease your e-mail address to others.

Information collected in the web shop

In the online shop, we may collect personal information, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, debit or credit card number and other information required in order to process your order. We will not share this information with anyone except as is required for processing your order (i.e. to our payment service provider, the delivery service company,etc.)

 

Information collected as part of Website SafeTok registration

On some of Styskin's Solutions websites, webmasters can register their website to use SafeTok authentication. As part of the registration, you may be required to provide personal information regarding yourself and/or your company, as well as information regarding your website.

 

Other information collected by Styskin's Solutions

On some Styskin’s Solutions websites, you can order products or services, request information, or apply for a job at Styskin’s Solutions. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include name, address, phone number, e-mail address, user IDs and passwords, contact preferences, educational and employment background, and job interest data.

To personalize our websites, services or communications and improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interests, demographics, and experiences with our products or services. Non personal information collected

Non-personal information is data about usage and service operation that is not associated with a specific personal identity. Styskin’s Solutions collects and analyzes non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use the Styskin’s Solutions websites.
Non-personal data we collect may include the pages visited on the Styskin’s Solutions websites, unique URLs(1) visited within Styskin’s Solutions.com, browser type and IP(2) address. Most non-personal data is collected via cookies or other analysis technologies such as google analytics (see below).

Cookies

We place a cookie, which is a small text file, on to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. This file enables us to enhance your future visits to the site through personalised greetings, the showing of relevant content and the storage of previously found items of interest. All we can do to the cookie is write data to it. We can’t make anything run on your PC. Cookies should be enabled for Styskin's Solutions website, and are required for the SafeTok site & service to function properly.

We further use google analytics, a tool to create aggreggate statistics about the site, which uses cookies. The information collected by google abalytics enables us to recognise popular site features and further develop new ones, adding to the overall experience of the site. 3. How we use your information

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our website and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

In particular, we may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the website or our services. Further, where you have consented, we might also use your information to let you know by email about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you. Data collected during the SafeTok device registration process is used for authentication purposes. Non-personal data collected may also be used for statistical purposes and to improve the SafeTok customer experience and usability.

Non-personal data is aggregated for reporting about Styskin’s Solutions website usability, performance and effectiveness. It is used to improve the customer experience, usability and site content.

4. Who we share your information with

Styskin’s Solutions or its related entities could merge with or be acquired by another business entity or some or all of their respective assets could be acquired. If such a combination or acquisition occurs, Styskin’s Solutions will make every reasonable effort to notify you in the event we share with the merging or acquiring entity some or all of your personal information to continue serving you.
