SafeTok Back-up
The protection of data on removable memory devices such as USB pen drives has not traditionally been the responsibility of an organisations central IT department.
Organisations have typically relied on end users to backup data either to their local machine or to networked storage.
However any manual IT security task left to a user runs the risk of being either forgotten or ignored because the complexity of the security task gets in the way of them completing their main job.

SafeTok Backup, is a monthly subscription service offered to all users of SafeToks biometric USB pen drives.
The SafeTok Backup service offers offsite secure data storage in which single files, complete folder structures or the entire contents of a SafeTok device are regularly and securely backed up over an encrypted internet connection to SafeToks secure backup server.
A backup copy is made every time the user clicks "Save", or autosave is activated, providing an up to date second copy of the document in the event of data loss (through disaster, theft, virus, corruption, hardware failure).
Encryption and fingerprint recognition protection ensure only authorised access, data privacy and complete security.
